A Peter Max inspired t-shirt for the inaugural Fat City Festival. The style celebrates the neighborhood’s original “hey day” in the early 1970s, back when it was known as “a swinging nightlife alternative to the French Quarter.”  The oysters on the half-shell are a nod to Fat City’s plethora of seafood restaurants, most notably the iconic dining destination, Drago’s. The fleur-de-lis is the unofficial symbol of broader local heritage and the bus represents the food truck rally that was part of the festival.
